I showed up without an appointment and they still took me. I still come to this dealership for service even though I moved 45 minutes away and there are other Honda dealerships that are closer. He gave me a larger discount on service than what I had qualified for which saved me some money and made me feel that my business is appreciated. When I get new tires later this year, I'm definitely giving Josh a call. More

Thé service I received was horrible here is my story I was in the waiting room got a personal call went out saw my car sitting there. So I finished my call went to the service person to check if my car is was in the waiting room got a personal call went out saw my car sitting there. So I finished my call went to the service person to check if my car is ready I did see my keys in front of her. She said the car is in the alignment row . She said she would come and get me went back thé to waiting room after about 8 mins she comes and tells me the car is done . How do I know what I paid for was actually done . She did not put the 15% as promised the bill was not right . Then I go to my car there is a spring in there . I have been going here since 2012 or more this is your third strike . Really upset More

O’Hare Honda has been my one stop shop from buying my car to getting all services done. I have had my car for 14 years now. Services from O’Hare Honda are getting better each time. I dropped off my car in the lot after business hours and Eddy who was my advisor was there to help me from locating my key to getting the problem resolved the next day. Another advisor named Charles also helped finishing up my transaction while Eddy was helping other customers. What a great team effort!!
