I brought my car in for a scheduled appointment. When I got out of my car not one person said hello or even made eye contact with me. I finally asked one of the service advisors where I should go and he p got out of my car not one person said hello or even made eye contact with me. I finally asked one of the service advisors where I should go and he pointed me in the direction of a place to stand in line. I was literally there 10 minutes before anyone even looked at me and there no less than four advisors at their desks staring at their computer screens. Finally the GM came up and introduced himself and apologized for the wait. Is it too much to ask as a customer to just be greeted? I didn't even mind the wait. Just super rude. More
