My husband and I recently brought our car into AutoNation Honda O’hare for an oil change. We were greeted by Yousef who promptly set our car up for service. The next day we noticed an indicator light on the Honda O’hare for an oil change. We were greeted by Yousef who promptly set our car up for service. The next day we noticed an indicator light on the dashboard and erroneously thought it was a sign of leaking oil. We brought our car back to AutoNation Honda O’Hare with our problem, and immediately sought out Yousef. He immediately set our car up with a technician named Roman. As my husband and I are seniors and not exactly tech saucy we were worried. Roman took the time to examine the car and patiently explained that we had misread the indicator light. He kindly and patiently went over everything with us. Yousef and Roman are a definite asset to this Honda dealership. We can’t thank them enough for their thoroughness, kindness and patience. More

Took four and a half hours to service my car even though I had an early morning appointment, and all the work was routine maintenance. At one point I asked how much longer before my car would be ready, and I had an early morning appointment, and all the work was routine maintenance. The "car wash" made my car look worse than when I brought it in, as now it has dirty streaks on the sides and back. Next time I am asking for Char Gauer! More
Jose Casillas lied multiple times about how long service would take. Ended up taking 13 hours instead of 3. If you plan on coming here for a service, go ahead and take the whole day off. No way you’ll ever get in and out in any reasonable amount of time. They had no loaners so I was trapped at the dealership and the manager claimed COVID as the reason for getting rid of loaners but very few employees wore masks properly and no corrections were made to the employees or customers demonstrating care for covid only when it benefited their bottom line. They also treated doing a warranty coverage like it was a personal favor they were doing for you. More
