We are new to the area and had been having intermittent problems with the navigation screen in our 2016 Honda Civic for several years. The map screen would suddenly go to Home and it would start chirping, problems with the navigation screen in our 2016 Honda Civic for several years. The map screen would suddenly go to Home and it would start chirping, sometimes for a few seconds and sometimes for a minute or more. The voice would still give directions but if we tried to go back to Map it would flip right back to home. It would keep chirping and then stop for no apparent reason. Then it might work normally for days. Our Service Advisor, Michele, gave us several possible reasons and suggested they run a diagnostic test, which would hopefully give some answers. She said they found some wires and connections that needed adjustment so they tweaked them. It’s been 11 days without any further problems so we’re hopeful that was the solution. The service department was very clean and the waiting area has good space so we felt comfortable. More
I had a slight issue during a service that was a mutual miscommunication. I was able to get the situation solved. Chau the Service Director on top of it a was able to provide a solution. Yousef was my service rep and he was great. It was the day before Christmas eve at 330 when I had my appointment and had to pick up my daughter and he was great about getting me out on time.
