I have always been pleased with the service department since I bought my car there. Not anymore. I have not been there since the pandemic started, so I found things considerably different. I literally came for just an oil change with an appointment. There were only 2 service people so I had to wait in line 20 minutes just to check in. I was to wait for my car and was told it would be 60-90 minutes and was told they were busy. No one was friendly, except the cashier. I made a purchase at the parts window and dealt with people who were o.k. but clearly not friendly. Finally I left to get lunch. I came back and went straight to service and said it has now been 2 hours. I was told that they did eventually call me and learned it was a number that we had not used for years when my wife bought a car there. The number I registered when I made the appointment was not called ever. At least I should have been asked to verify the number when I first was with the service guy. I did not think to ask myself, not my job. No coupons were offered, I was told they do not do that anymore. A car wash was not offered. I forgot to ask but they used to wash every car. So of course my car was dusty. No one ever wore a mask anywhere I saw. I always write good reviews and as I said previously things were good there. But I doubt I will go back More
This dealer is very nice to its customers waiting for their car during service. They listen to all your concerns and give you a thorough report of any issues your car may have. Qualified service by customer representative. . Regarding issue with "too hot mission oil temperature signal" when I drove my 2019 Honda Pilot 1~2 months ago. this symptom happened 3 times. So, . Regarding issue with "too hot mission oil temperature signal" when I drove my 2019 Honda Pilot 1~2 months ago. this symptom happened 3 times. So, I got warranty service for this issue on 4/16/22 before my long trip to Boston. Auto nation Honda flushed 3 times of mission oil to remove something in mission casing. Also, Auto nation Honda recommended me of changing differential gear oil and alignment service for $340. Without this service, they said warranty would bot be provided. I don't understand why warranty would not be provided. 2019 Honda Pilot purchased 2019.12 is only 20,000 miles. Too hot mission Oil signal seems serious quality issue for 2019 Honda. Mission could be related to differential gear and alignment. I would like to have answer from Auto Nation Honda. More

When I dropped off the vehicle to have the hybrid battery checked, I asked to have the stem checked on one of the tires . Yousef forgot to have this. done. We paid 198.00 for the 'analysis' and were told checked, I asked to have the stem checked on one of the tires . Yousef forgot to have this. done. We paid 198.00 for the 'analysis' and were told that the hybrid battery would cost $5000 with installation. Not worth it. We had the car checked out two months ago and were not told of the problem. Disappointing. More
