After 14+ years of being a loyal customer I'm highly disappointed this last visit for a repair of an attempted theft catalytic converter. They had my car for 2 months, part was back ordered and kept get disappointed this last visit for a repair of an attempted theft catalytic converter. They had my car for 2 months, part was back ordered and kept getting pushed back, that wasn't the issue though. The issue was the lack of communication throughout the process, little to none, was extremely difficult to get through when calling and next to impossible to get anyone to return many many messages that were left. On top of that they wouldn't let me keep MY catalytic converter, thiefs attempted to steal it and it was left hanging off my vehicle due to an antitheft strap I had installed, but still had to be replaced with a new one. Obviously it's worth a lot of money or they wouldn't keep trying to steal it so of course I wanted to keep it and recycle it myself. They told me I would have to pay a fee to keep the part. Are you kidding me, you are going to charge ME for a part that I own??? Utter bs shady business right there. Glad to have sold the car and glad to not have to return my business to this dealership that has gone downhill over the past few years. More

Very disappointed in the support by service/sales. Had purchased a vehicle in December with the 30k mile warranty. Making payments on a vehicle and not having a loaner car with downtime is severely unacceptable. Along with this charging a customer for brakes jobs and not replacing rotors is something i dont understand. This might be the last honda i do purchase , in addition to time i spend at this shop/dealer whom doesnt seem to care about quality and/ customer service. More

The staff is alarmingly rude. Emmy daughter arrived to pick up her car and was told “I can’t attend you at this time, I’ve very busy with other things.” Every employee she encount Emmy daughter arrived to pick up her car and was told “I can’t attend you at this time, I’ve very busy with other things.” Every employee she encountered was more and more rude, and this is a recurring issue every time we get serviced. It takes hours for something as simple as an oil change. I sincerely hope they find new employees that have at least an ounce of kindness or they’re better trained. More
