Alfredo Cano reviewed the "recommended work." We decided it was not mandatory nor affordable for me at this time. I was very happy to get the oil change and safety inspection and respectful service from Alfredo. I have been bringing my cars to this location for 20 years. Will continue to do so. More

Even scheduled my car rental from the day my car was in for maintenance to the day it was ready. I got updates and the total time for the service was also good . Every time that I've taken my car for service, I have been treated with kindness and have been well taken care of. I was very disappointed in the most recent service (97297 miles). The dealer replaced and charged me for replacing the serpentine belt during this service, even though they had replaced it just a couple of v miles). The dealer replaced and charged me for replacing the serpentine belt during this service, even though they had replaced it just a couple of visits previous (89746 miles), less than a year earlier due to "showing wear and should be replaced" ahead of the published maintenance schedule. We were taking some long trips and chose to replace the belt well ahead of schedule (like most of our maintenance) to be safe rather than sorry. During this most recent visit, the service advisor was advised of this prior replacement which was ahead of schedule and he was told that, if I was correct and the belt had recently been recently replaced, the belt should not be replaced again, or it should be covered under warranty (a serpentine belt, on a vehicle 100% garage-kept in the Midwest, should not need to be replaced in less than 12 months). Disregarding my instructions, the belt was replaced by the dealer again, at my expense (another $86.43 + labor). We had been trusting this dealer for service since we purchased the vehicle in 2011; now that trust in this dealer has been obliterated in one horrible visit, and we were approaching the point when it will be time to purchase a new vehicle or two – sad.
