All I got to say is that I was very disappointed at my last visit. Left my car for all day and one of my issues wasn't fixed, and when I asked over and over again what I should do I was told literally " I last visit. Left my car for all day and one of my issues wasn't fixed, and when I asked over and over again what I should do I was told literally " I don't know".I took the matter into my own hands and google the problem. I fixed my issue within 2 minutes after watching a video on YouTube. After someone called for a review and I told him how I felt I was told I'll get a phone call from the manager I did but all he said is he was very sorry and next time if I have any problems to call him directly to be honest I'm not happy with that I wasted a whole day I was frustrated that it took me only couple minutes to fix the problem by myself. I think I should have been offered something for all the trouble that I went through something like maybe a free oil change next time that would have been nice But no I only Heard I'm sorry next time call me directly if there would be a next time that would be my last time there. More
Brought my car in for an oil change and some other work. I liked that I was sent a video explaining some additional work that was needed ... and pointed out several things that were fine as is. However, paying for the service left a lot to be desired. The service advisor had just gone on break (that's OK by me; they're entitled to a break). The other service advisor didn't seem helpful. When my service advisor came back it was still an additional 5 minutes before I could pay and take my car. Left me with a bad taste about service at AutoNation O'Hare. More

Did not talk to me face to face even though I was waiting there, all done through text, I was not given a choice. Machined my rotor out of spec so I needed to replace, car only has 30000 miles. Meant to only there, all done through text, I was not given a choice. Machined my rotor out of spec so I needed to replace, car only has 30000 miles. Meant to only replace my brake pads, but because all communication was done through text there was a miscommunication and they gave me all new brakes. I won't be back. More
