2022 HRV with 13,000 miles on it. Went for an oil change and they said they do a complimentary multi inspection vehicle inspection. One set of paperwork said that I needed brakes immediately, a new rear tire and a throttle body, The Multi point inspection showed otherwise. The dealership also recommended that I needed a wheel alignment and rear differential service. Was told it was a computer issue and a ‘teaching” moment for the technician. Will never go back there again!! I just hope that the oil change was done and done correctly. More

I just noticed that my windshield wipers don’t work as new ones. They said I needed new tires, so I went to just tires found out that my device to unlock my tires is missing — if you look at my records I always come to the dealer to get my oil change — Three tips ago thé was a girl you was helping me —- horrible service - I think her desk is the first one by the stairs —- while waiting for my car I get a phone call go outside to take the call and see my car already ready outside—- so I go up to her and ask her if my car is ready she said it is still be serviced —it might take another few min after 15 min or so she said the car is ready —- I go to pay my bill all messed up — then I go to my car and find a part in the car — I still have a pic — Just frustrated — I have filled surveys no responds to them I did send the above email to Lori withRow . I went for a check up of a newly purchased (USED) Honda Odyssey car to the dealer. Digonosis was OK but the rates quoted were on a higher side..
