First time scheduling an oil change on my Passport. Picked this dealership because it’s close to my home, and booking online was pretty seamless. First red flag should’ve been no follow up call from the dealer to confirm my appointment. I did receive an email immediately after booking but nothing after that, which in turn I missed my original time and had to reschedule myself online again. I chose an oil change and a service for my rim to be buffed out. When I arrived at the service department, there was a man and a woman at 2 separate service desks. The man looked at me and proceeded to look down without saying a word. The lady was with a customer so I didn’t expect much from her. After standing there in between both desks for about 5 minutes, the lady came out from behind the desk to walk past me, as she did she said we’ll be with you in a moment, at that time Damarco finally said “can I help you?”. I informed him I had a service appt he then informed me to bring my car through. Then asked for my name? Came around the desk with a clipboard and very coldly asked why I was there? I was confused as I was very detailed in my booking that I needed an oil change and for my rim to be buffed out. So I relayed what I put down in my service appointment and he immediately cut me off to smirk and say “we don’t do that here”. Confused I said you don’t do what here? He said we don’t deal with rims here. They are a tire center so I don’t understand and he didn’t bother explaining. He was short in saying we can do the oil change and proceeded to ask for my keys. Had I not waited a week for the appointment for an oil change I would’ve walked out. After taking multiple pictures of my vehicle but not explaining the reason, he walked back behind the service desk and told me they’d do the oil exchange and tire rotation. I asked what type of oil do they use and he didn’t know. He again very short just said I’m not sure, car should be ready around 12:30p, if it won’t be ready by then I’ll let you know. I left. At around 1p when I hadn’t heard anything I tried calling in. I was on hold for a while so I decided to text the number I had received a text from Demarco telling me my car was dropped off for a service appointment asking if my car was ready. Finally got through to his phone line which he didn’t answer and went to voicemail. After hanging up, I received a video link via text from the technician doing my oil change telling me they found nothing wrong with my car. A few minutes after that, another text saying my vehicle was ready. I went back to the dealership, to Demarco who was behind his desk. He said okay here are your keys, please sign here and if you walk this way your car is parked in front. When I arrived home, I had to Google how to reset my oil percentage because it wasn’t done and I noticed my tires weren’t rotated. I text the service number again asking why the tire rotation wasn’t done. Demarco replied with “ The tires didn't need the rotation, check out the multi point inspection sheet I went over with you on the back of your receipt - Demarco”. I replied that we never went over the inspection sheet at all. He replied “ I'm sorry, moving so fast I was sure I did, but if you look at the tire section, they all measured evenly, so no rotation this visit. Maybe next visit Ms. Caro, but this visit you're all good - Demarco”. Very unprofessional. I will not be returning. More
