The problem I had was wrongly diagnosed, not fixed and I had to pay for it anyway. I was told I would get a call back after checking if my warranty would cover the problem, which I see no problem why it wou had to pay for it anyway. The service department is wonderful. They are prompt when I make an appointment, provide me with all the information for my needed service and any possible recalls for my vehicle. They keep me posted via text message if I'm off-site on the progress of my service and/or repairs needed. I love getting the video of the mechanic's evaluation texted to me before any additional service is done. I'm able to respond and ask questions via text and get responses quickly. I received the worst customer service this past weekend. I am not sure if they had this "after sales advisor" covering a call off in the service center, but he does not belong in the service center. Jordan I am not sure if they had this "after sales advisor" covering a call off in the service center, but he does not belong in the service center. Jordan needs to be (re)-trained and talked to about his professionalism. Very disappointed. More
