It is not the first tim that the Service Advisor mentioned is following safety precaution in providing service specifically in the car wash request. It is not the first time he denied giving me the car wash I am entitled to because of my bumper condition. He said he is afraid that it will fall if he allows to get my car washed. The small separation of the bumper to the body is superficial. He is so rigid in following your policy that he will not consider other option. I had my Prius washed several times in the past in your facility with the mentioned condition and nothing happened. Needless to say, I am not happy with the way he handled this situation. If you prefer I can sign something that your facility will not be responsible if something happened while my car is being washed. He did not even call the attention of his supervisor regarding the matter. I hope my position gets cleared to him and the car wash denied on me will be reversed. Quality of workmanship is five stars, but my car was there from 7/3 to 7/9 for warranty-covered repair. Advisor expected to have car ready on either 7/5 or 7/6. Five calls went unanswered except by call there from 7/3 to 7/9 for warranty-covered repair. Advisor expected to have car ready on either 7/5 or 7/6. Five calls went unanswered except by call center with no follow up by dealership. Same with vm …no response. When I finally spoke to service advisor in a.m. on 7/8, was told car would be ready by 4 pm. Again was not ready. Tech suggested that a lot of rust in power steering rack on a less than two year old vehicle only driven on paved roads, rather than extensive off-roading as suggested …Requested a loaner and was told none were available throughout the process. Very disappointed, particularly in that aspect. If the dealership doesn’t have a reasonable number of short term loaners available, why wouldn’t they create a partnership with a car rental company to offer this service? When the car was finally ready early on Tuesday, July 9, I was grateful to find they had detailed the vehicle and I’m confident in the workmanship. More
