AutoNation Honda O’Hare

This was my first experience with this dealership. I buy a car at least every two years and for the past 10 years has been from a dealership in Wisconsin so maybe I am spoiled... There are some positives: Ms. Luna is pleasure to work with and if she worked for another dealership, I would buy from her again. I had done my research and was looking for a very specific vehicle and had found three within 100 mile radius and unfortunately my regular dealer which is 200 miles away did not have one otherwise I would have purchased from them. At the very end, when I was receiving the keys to me new vehicle (used) I was told that the vehicle has only one key. This is a 2021 model with only 10K miles sold at few thousands of dollars below a new vehicle value. When I asked why they did not expose this at the beginning of the deal, I was told that I did not ask. Which is true, I also did not ask if the car came with four tires or an engine with only 10K miles on it. The used car manager really needs training on customer service. I have several personnel with "manager" title reporting to me and if they were like her, they wouldn't be employed at least not by me. BTW, this is a Honda dealership and although I did not purchase a Honda with this transaction, the other car I replace every two years or so is a Honda and I replace it with a Honda. You may have saved a few hundred dollars but you lost a customer. More
