Online buyers beware! I actually live far from this dealership but there was an online deal specifically at this location and decided to take the drive to Des Plaines. The upside of online deals is the "no haggling price". We originally thought we had a great deal , around $2000 off the MSRP. But when we got itemized invoice, the $2000 was deducted from MSRP, but tried to sneak in "Windshield protection" , "Undercoating" , "Paint Protection" for added extra $4000!! When I asked what these add on are, the salesman mentioned that all these protection come from Honda and needed to be added to the price. Which I know is total lie. I would of been better off just getting the MSRP instead of getting the "Internet" prices and these phony mark up. Tactics like this give all car dealers a bad name and needs to stop. So I am just warning ever one. I wish there was a way to attach a photo to these reviews so I can show the ridiculous tactics this dealership is doing. More

Buying a new car is a high stressing process. You do your research looking at what you want and where you can find it. My brother and I waited quite awhile for serves. I understand it was a Saturday and the dealership had many customers waiting. Marus Link was pleasant and professional although he was quite busy, tending to another customer as well as me. It was a disappointment that I didn't receive a tour of my new car. I was not given a tour on how to pair my smartphone via Bluetooth or demonstration on other important features and safety devices. With the amount of technology that comes in most new cars, that walk-through is important and very useful. But overall, it was a good experience. More
