I have always been pleased with the service department since I bought my car there. Not anymore. I have not been there since the pandemic started, so I found things considerably different. I literally since I bought my car there. Not anymore. I have not been there since the pandemic started, so I found things considerably different. I literally came for just an oil change with an appointment. There were only 2 service people so I had to wait in line 20 minutes just to check in. I was to wait for my car and was told it would be 60-90 minutes and was told they were busy. No one was friendly, except the cashier. I made a purchase at the parts window and dealt with people who were o.k. but clearly not friendly. Finally I left to get lunch. I came back and went straight to service and said it has now been 2 hours. I was told that they did eventually call me and learned it was a number that we had not used for years when my wife bought a car there. The number I registered when I made the appointment was not called ever. At least I should have been asked to verify the number when I first was with the service guy. I did not think to ask myself, not my job. No coupons were offered, I was told they do not do that anymore. A car wash was not offered. I forgot to ask but they used to wash every car. So of course my car was dusty. No one ever wore a mask anywhere I saw. I always write good reviews and as I said previously things were good there. But I doubt I will go back More
