I was very unhappy with my last service appointment. I made an appointment for an oil change and arrived early. I was there for five hours! It was very gracious of the dealership to offer a discount I made an appointment for an oil change and arrived early. I was there for five hours! It was very gracious of the dealership to offer a discount on their services, but I still had a bill of over $600! I sincerely doubt I will be returning in the future. More
