Did not talk to me face to face even though I was waiting there, all done through text, I was not given a choice. Machined my rotor out of spec so I needed to replace, car only has 30000 miles. Meant to only replace my brake pads, but because all communication was done through text there was a miscommunication and they gave me all new brakes. I won't be back. More

We had our Honda Passport towed in due to it not starting. We were told that the battery was no longer holding a charge and that it needed to be replaced. We were also advised that the front tires starting. We were told that the battery was no longer holding a charge and that it needed to be replaced. We were also advised that the front tires had lower tread than the rear and that a tire rotation and an alignment along with a fluid service were recommended especially before winter. All of the work was done at a reasonable price and our vehicle was ready at the time we needed to pick it up. Our service advisor was both helpful and professional. More
