We eventually walked away satisfied with the deal, but the game played with low ball offers to begin is a waste of time. I expect to come in fully prepared with KBB data and get a reasonable offer FIRST time, not this back and forth time consuming game. nIn addition, the change in Honda warranty is apalling!!! No more bumper to bumper. You have to buy an extended warranty for more money to cover vehicle. This is deceptive and poor customer servive. More
