Dillan went out of his way to get me within my price point, yet still giving me everything I wanted in a new car. Gary made the paperwork a breeze. Everyone that I encountered made me feel special and well taken care of. This is my third lease with Honda AutoNation, but I've owned or leased Honda's since 2002. I highly recommend getting your next car through them! More

Do not t They told me the car only had one accident and it was minor. Went to go trade in my car a few days ago and come to find out there was three. Do not trust what they say here. I have been working at the largest volume dealer in IL. I couldn't believe it when I seen it. The guy I was working with his name was Jose Carrasco. I hope he is not working there any more. for a place of service to do things like this is just unacceptable. I hope it comes back to them and hurts them the only place they care about. Never will i ever go or recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for selling me a car I will never be able to get rid of if I wanted to. I wish they had a zero stars option. More
I recently purchased a car from AutoNation Honda and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. To start off, there was a significant mix-up with the vehicle I was given. A few weeks after t unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. To start off, there was a significant mix-up with the vehicle I was given. A few weeks after the initial purchase, I received a call from the dealership stating that I had been given the wrong car and needed to return to the dealership to swap it for the correct one. The result was a loss of several hours which could have been avoided with more careful attention to detail on the dealership's part. The issues, however, didn't stop there. A few hundred miles into driving the correct car, I started experiencing technical difficulties. A disconcerting noise began emanating from the rear axle, and eventually, the car ceased to operate completely, necessitating a tow. When I contacted the dealership about these problems, I was assured by two advisers that these issues would be resolved promptly. However, upon collecting my car after its supposed repair, the noise from the rear axle was still apparent. This was a clear sign of negligent service and lack of thoroughness in their repair work. To say that my experience with AutoNation Honda was frustrating would be an understatement. This series of events paints a picture of a dealership that is lacking in organization, customer care, and technical expertise. It's clear that improvements are desperately needed, particularly in terms of vehicle inspection, customer communication, and service quality. Despite the disappointment, I can only hope that AutoNation Honda will take these criticisms to heart and make necessary adjustments in the future. Until such changes are evident, I can only give this dealership a rating of two out of five stars and advise potential customers to tread carefully. More
