This dealership’s Service Department’s customer support is truly remarkable and SUPERLATIVE! To illustrate, I bought a new Odyssey from O’Hare Honda in 4/01 and now have about 70K miles on this vehic is truly remarkable and SUPERLATIVE! To illustrate, I bought a new Odyssey from O’Hare Honda in 4/01 and now have about 70K miles on this vehicle. While my wife was recently driving to FL, she noticed a problem with the transmission. En route, a local Honda dealer in TN confirmed that the transmission may be on its last leg. Following my research, I determined that there had been a class-action law suit filed involving transmissions of this same type of vehicle, and that as a result of which Honda extended the transmission warranty. However, in my case this extended warranty had already expired. I contacted O’Hare Honda’s Service Manager, Frank, for help and suggestions in this regard. Frank selfishly offered to contact his counter-part at the local FL dealership at my wife’s final destination, explain the problem, and ask for all courtesies and support that O’Hare Honda would extend to its customers. I was pleasantly surprised by this initiative and customer care, which is unfortunately quite rare these days. Frank did exactly as he had indicated, and the stage was set for my wife to have the appropriate work performed by the local FL dealer. Thanks to these efforts and O’Hare Honda’s diligent follow up, the transmission on my vehicle was replaced by the local dealer at a relatively nominal expense on my part, which has undoubtedly saved me several thousand dollars. Thank you Frank, and thank you O’Hare Honda! You have gained a loyal customer for life, and I hope many more similarly satisfied and grateful customers!! More

Have dealt with Honda O'Hare for a long time - they have always done excellent work and have never overcharged. The service has been excellent. I got the FULL inspection, Oil change, oil degreasing, and paid around $150 for a LONG~ trip. the NEXT day, about 5 I don't know WHAT the are!?!?!? I called the service, they are saying that this is NOWAY~ that it is their fault. They are saying that who knows what is going to happen after car has run 600 miles~!! Don't bother going there for service. They've tried to rip me off on brakes, differential changes, trans fluid changes and warranty work. The differential changes are covered under TSB 07-024 and are rip me off on brakes, differential changes, trans fluid changes and warranty work. The differential changes are covered under TSB 07-024 and are a known issue. Well the dealership tells you to ignore the book that says do your differential changes at 60,000 mile and listen to them and do it every 15,000 miles. Ya right! If there is an issue that requires the fluid be changed that early, it is covered under warranty...as TSB 07-024 states! And that wasn't even the warranty issue I had. Honestly, with all the bad experiences I've had with Honda I can't see myself buying another car from them again. More
