I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH O'HARE HONDA. I recently visited O'Hare Honda and test drove a new Civic. Initially the salesman was polite and respectable. I felt pressured to purchase that day, but left since my intentions were only to examine the car and make the purchase later in the week after I thought about it for a few days. I called the salesman the next day after I was prepared to buy the car for the price he offered me the previous day. I informed him over the phone that I wanted the same price he offered me the previous day and would not be willing to purchase it for more. He insisted I come to the dealership and would try his best to provide me with the same offer. Once I arrived, the manager came to our table and provided an excuse as to why they car was now $500 more than the the offer made to me the previous day. I walked out of the showroom, but the salesman followed me and persuaded me to come back in. He gave me a "discount" of $200 then tried to force me to buy mudguards for $400. I didn't ask for mudguards or want them and certainly did not want to pay $400 for them. After complaining about the $400 mudguards he reduced them to $188. This would practically eliminate the entire $200 "discount" he gave me earlier. The salesman had to go "check with the manager" about everything and made me sit there and wait like a fool for 10-15 minutes for every issue. The entire negotiation process took close to an hour and a half and we were back to the original price that I walked out on. I was fed up with the price games and walked out extremely frustrated. I contacted Castle Honda and negotiated the "out the door" price and was approved for financing prior to my arrival. I purchased my new car from Castle Honda two days later. The entire process with Castle Honda was very pleasant and smooth. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH O'HARE HONDA. More
Ryan was very helpful. I had to go in for a recall on my Ridgeline. The job was supposed to be a half day but Ryan was able to get it done within 2 hours, since I needed my truck before noon. The best car buying experience I've had. They gave me the best price for the purchase of a 2011 Pilot (no other dealership in the Chicago area came close) and a fair price for the trade. Since I bought my car in 2004 I have had nothing but great service and a great experience at this Honda dealer. The service managers who have waited on me each time were friendly, knowledgeable, and exp great service and a great experience at this Honda dealer. I like when they wash the car. I know that everything will be fixed corrrectly, if in fact, something needs to be done to the car. More
O'Hare was a pleasure to work with after having a horrible experience at another dealer. The other Honda dealer gave us a price one day, then my wife a higher price the next day by $60! I contacted many Honda dealers in the Chicagoland area and O'Hare was the easiest to work with and did what I asked: I want this type of car and I want you to give me your best price. The price not only was $60 a month cheaper than the first offer from the other dealer but they did give me a price right up front for what I wanted. Another dealer I contacted at the same time kept asking, "What's it going to take to earn your business?" After three times of that crap I told him, "Cut the bullshit and give me a price or you can forget about even having a shot at my business." I would recommend O'Hare Honda to anyone and even the after purchase process was easy when we picked up the car. Great sales people have to be great to their customers. More

I have wanted to buy a Honda for the last couple of years and went to Adolfo where it didn't work out with trade in or price. I was at the point where I could take advantage of the lease clearance special and after lots of research and test drives with competitors, decided on the 2010 Crosstour. Anthony in internet sales was responsive and professional. When I told him I wanted to be sure Adolfo got the sale, Adolfo hugged me when I saw him and gave me options without the "salesman" pitch or discomfort. I ended up driving away with my new Crosstour and I love it! Adolfo is fantastic and I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone. Thank you! More
