At least that was always my experience until I worked with Job Alex. He didn't use high pressure sales tactics, and I never felt any level of discomfort throughout the entire process. I am a sales executive so the bar is set pretty high. However, Job exceeded my expectations and did so with a level of integrity that I didn't know was possible with car sales. More

Job Alex was very friendly and professional. My experience due to Job Alex with O'hare Honda was very positive. His updates on my Honda Accord Touring was timely and he was able to cut down the wai experience due to Job Alex with O'hare Honda was very positive. His updates on my Honda Accord Touring was timely and he was able to cut down the waiting period from 6 weeks to 2 weeks. The car had to be ordered since it is a trim level most customers do not ask for. When the car did arrive, he took the time to go over all the new technology features of the Touring model. This model is very tech heavy. After a few days of ownership, I noticed a minute defect on the hood. I called Job and he was able to schedule a dentless repair that day. Very customer focused, no charge, and the repair was flawless. I would highly recommend O'hare Honda to my friends and family. There was no pushy sales pitch and the entire purchasing process went without a hitch. I did have to wait a little bit due to a high volume of customers purchasing vehicles that evening, but that is evident to O'hare Honda's customer focused approach. I would be concerned if I was the only customer in there making a purchase. Now, with this positive experience, my expectations are high for the service department and I do hope I have a similiar experience with the service department in my upcoming years ofownership with this vehicle. The Accord Touring is an awesome car for the money. I previously owned a 2004 Accord EX-L V-6 w/navi. What a difference in 9 years! More
I went in to purchase my first car (ever!) and chose this dealer because my mother had a positive experience with the dealership when caring for her Hyundai. Stan Soczynski was our sales associate and we truly could not have asked for a better salesperson. He was on-point throughout our search and was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. He went above and beyond while assisting us, making sure that we left with all of questions answered. I have left dealership empty-handed in the past simply because I felt as if my needs were not be considered by our sales person. Stan made it clear that he heard my concerns, taking them seriously and doing all that he could to ensure that we left the dealership satisfied. I love my new Hyundai and its warranty is stellar! Overall, a very pleasant experience. Should I have just as positive of an experience driving my car (so far it's great!) as I did buying it, I will be in good shape. More
I recently visited O'hare Honda to look for a new car, and I have to say, it was an excellent decision to shop here! The sales person I dealt with was Mary Rycerz and she was simply awesome! A lot of sales reps can make me anxious and nervous with their fast talk and quick sales approach. Mary made me feel comfortable from the start. She asked all the right questions and listened to what I was looking for without trying to steer me off into looking at something I didn't need. And I found her very knowledgeable when it came to explaining all the features and highlights of the new cars. I looked at the Accord and Civic, and while both cars were very nice, I decided on the Civic. Mary offered me a deal I couldn't walk away from. SOLD! If you're looking for a great place to shop for a new and very dependable car, I highly recommend O'hare Honda! And don't forget to ask for Mary Rycerz! More

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mary Rycerz. She was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in explaining all aspects of the vehicle, including the controls and features, and she also showed me around the service area (I'm sure she would have introduced me to the service team if they were around at 11:00 last night). Mary went above and beyond to make my experience at O'Hare Auto Group fantastic. I don't feel like she left anything out -- she spent a great deal of time with me, and it was a pleasure hanging out with her while she was showing me all the fun features of the new 2014 Odyssey Touring vehicle. I have already been raving about her and O'Hare Auto Group to several people this morning. I also was impressed by Andrew Tomlinson and Dan Bundalo. I had visited 4 Honda dealers in the past few days while looking to purchase my new van, and I had by far the best experience at your dealership.
