Long day at dealership Traveled 4 hours from Wisconsin to purchase 2014 Honda Odyssey. I had a noon appointment but 30 minutes before I got there the dealership called me an Traveled 4 hours from Wisconsin to purchase 2014 Honda Odyssey. I had a noon appointment but 30 minutes before I got there the dealership called me and said hurry in someone else had noon appointment. I arrive at noon and two ladies are sitting in our van. Devastating!!! They end up buying our van. To save a little dignity for making my wife come all that way ( not listening to her wise advise of buying local)we end up getting a new Odyssey at a reasonable price around 3pm. Waited 3 hours!!! To finally meet with financial. Didn't leave there until almost 7pm for 4 hour trip home. 7 hours at dealership!!!! 8 hours driving!!! Not worth saving a few bucks, they can't guarantee anything. SHOP LOCAL!!!!! BUY LOCAL!!!! More

I was promised a car that will not only be clean but also detailed from inside. It wall well past 10 pm when i took possession of the car after all the paper work. So I did not notice it (also I trusted them that they will respect the customer enough to at least sell a clean car!!), but in the morning day light I saw there was dust all over the dashboard, vents, cookie crumbs & m&ms in the seat, figure prints all over the windows, garbage is the side pockets of the front and back doors. The car was delivered Dirty. Their excuse, "oh, the detail shop didn't do their job"! But, then, why didn't someone at the dealership inspect the car to make sure that the car is detailed and all "trash" is cleaned before selling the car??? Well, I had spend another 2 hours at the dealership to have them "clean and detail". I would think twice before coming back here for any purchase or service!! More

Deceitful Bryan was very uprofessional. He called me to inform me that I would like to come down the dealership to work out the price for the car I was interest Bryan was very uprofessional. He called me to inform me that I would like to come down the dealership to work out the price for the car I was interested in and that he was going to be in all day yesterday, 7-18 and to make sure to adk for him. Never in the conversation was I informed that car was not even at their lot. When we got there, he didn't even bother to come out, sent someone else to tell us that the car was not there, blah blah. Employing deceitful tactics to lure people in is just not how you do business. Never again. More
So bad...I'm embarrassed for them. We stopped by Auto Nation Honda after seeing a 2013 CRV online that we were interested in. As we pulled in, we got out to browse the lot of used CRV' We stopped by Auto Nation Honda after seeing a 2013 CRV online that we were interested in. As we pulled in, we got out to browse the lot of used CRV's, when a salesman approached us. After some brief hellos, it wasn't long before he began pressing the issue of "getting us to drive off with a new car today". Welcome to 1974. All he was missing were the plaid suit and gold chains. His approach was uncomfortable and unsettling. Then he didn't seem very interested in hearing our wants and preferences, immediately pushing us into the showroom to look at a year old "new car" that had extra incentives available...and some for him too I'm sure. After it was determined that this dealership didn't have what we were looking for, we left the building to go sit in our car and plan our next stop. It wasn't more than a few minutes later that this salesman comes out and sits down on a railing with his back to us so he could smoke (which should never be done in the view of customers), and as a special farewell gesture he provided us with a view that would even leave a plumber blushing. I just don't understand how a dealership can think it is OK to operate like this. Bought elsewhere. More
Worst Service ever! They cheat you! Never give them your $ So I spent $500 on Sat and got bunch of stuff done. To my surprise, the serpentine belt broke the next day, and found out that they didn't even replaced it. Took it to the dealer back on Mon evening and they are not accepting that fault rather telling me that they need to look what's wrong in my car! Even manager Mile Spano wasn't admitting to their fault. He was apologetic but this is beyond acceptance. Fortunately , car was running ok and I wasn't hurt. Who knows what could have happened. Never again I will return here and I warn you all to give them your business. There are other better dealers in town. More
