Actually, everyone I interacted with was respectful & kind. I know they are trying to sell cars, but they still did it in a way that I felt ‘heard’ and not pressured. Their internet offerings and pricing are misleading, and hours of haggling were needed to reach an acceptable deal. My advice to you is 1. Don’t go there, 2. If you do, turn around and leave. The parts and service business for my new Honda is with Napleton Honda of Morton Grove where the staff is both courteous and efficient; two qualities you will not find at AutoNation Honda O’Hare with the current management.
