I've been to this AutoNation Honda service department a total of three times. The first two times, I had to wait for service (although I had appointments both times). The second time I went, customers who drove into the service lane after me were helped before I was. Although I had 2 bad experiences, I was willing to give this location another chance. I had a better experience in my most recent visit. Demarrco made sure all of my concerns and questions were well understood and answered before any service was done on my car.
