Horrible. I came to buy a car and was given an OUT-THE-DOOR price for a Honda Odyssey ($44,100) on the phone, right when I walked in the door. Rachel confirmed I came to buy a car and was given an OUT-THE-DOOR price for a Honda Odyssey ($44,100) on the phone, right when I walked in the door. Rachel confirmed it for me, my husband, and my father. After we test drove the car and waited about 45 minutes, she gave us a new price of over $48,000?!? She acted like we were crazy to think the price she told us was correct. No apology, no explanation, no accountability. Horrible. There may be honest salespeople at this location, but Rachel is not one of them. More
