Attn Service Head Officer Re: Vitaly Syutyk I am aware that the Service Advisor mentioned is following safety precaution in providing service specifically in the car wash request. It is not the first tim that the Service Advisor mentioned is following safety precaution in providing service specifically in the car wash request. It is not the first time he denied giving me the car wash I am entitled to because of my bumper condition. He said he is afraid that it will fall if he allows to get my car washed. The small separation of the bumper to the body is superficial. He is so rigid in following your policy that he will not consider other option. I had my Prius washed several times in the past in your facility with the mentioned condition and nothing happened. Needless to say, I am not happy with the way he handled this situation. If you prefer I can sign something that your facility will not be responsible if something happened while my car is being washed. He did not even call the attention of his supervisor regarding the matter. I hope my position gets cleared to him and the car wash denied on me will be reversed.
