I was there on time. There were no vehicles. They came after mine. They started helping people behind me instead of me that had the appointment and I had to wait. Had to There were no vehicles. He allowed other people to come in front of me. At the end it was the same thing. They even brought my car and never told me anything that the car was ready. Very disorganized this time and no progressional at all. I rather go to another services dealer next time. More
