When I got there the service was very quick and efficient but my one complaint is that the ticket remained open when the car was ready at noon. My husband went to pick up the car around four and the employe but my one complaint is that the ticket remained open when the car was ready at noon. My service advisor Dario at Autonation Miami Lakes was wonderful, very helpful, tried to save me money and informed me every step of the way, didn't try and talk me into doing work I didn't need or want. wonderful, very helpful, tried to save me money and informed me every step of the way, didn't try and talk me into doing work I didn't need or want. My only issue was that it was very expensive, I had gone to a service center before I went to a dealer and they quoted me for the same job about $1000 less, I trusted the dealer more so I decided to go with the dealer, but I wish they didn't charge so much.
