Mr. Andro Rodriguez Dear Mr. Andro Rodriguez, First of all we want to thank you for your valuable help in getting us a new car, we sincerel Mr. Andro Rodriguez Dear Mr. Andro Rodriguez, First of all we want to thank you for your valuable help in getting us a new car, we sincerely appreciate your assistance. With that being said, we do have some issues we need to clear with you. The fact that we got there at 11 AM and left at 4 PM is very upsetting, but more than that is the fact that we NEVER got to see the actual car, until after we have signed all the papers.? After we finally saw the car, we found out there's only one key for the car, and supposedly we need to go back to the dealer on Tuesday to get the second key programmed?? Totally, UNACCEPTABLE. Kindly please arrange to have someone (other than us) deliver the key. Also, after we finally drove the car and got home, we found some minor scratches that could have been touched-up but were not done. Since we do not have the proper paint, we will kindly request that a proper touch-up paint kit be sent to us, so we can cover those scratches and be done with these details. Today we also found out that the car's phone charger is not working, and it's draining the phone's battery? What can be done about this. We bought the extended warranty that covers the sensors and other things, as well as the GAP, if this helps. Thanking you in advance, we remain.
