I checked around for prices before going to this dealer,in theory they had the best offer but is a different game when you get there and is not only them,actually is everywhere you go. This israel guy is very very patiente and professional and to my opinion tries to help,but remember ,he has a boss. If you happen to go there and are really interested in making a deal i would recomend this guy,the dealer is ok,better than most i would say,just check your numbers at the end with the financial officer,they usually diferent.Good luck!!!! The sales Associate Manuel Frometa did his best to find the car I was looking for. During the test drive, he explained in detail each and every new feature included in the 2013 EX-L Honda Accord. For example, on December 26 while I was waiting to close the deal, a woman was complaining because the car she had just bought had a problem with the battery. When Manuel heard the woman, he told her that he was going to solve her problem and that she had nothing to worry about because if the car needed a new battery, a new battery was going to be installed in her car. After that, he called the sales associate that was working with that customer. This is an example of an excellent customer service, it does not matter if you are not working with that customer in particular because in the end it is a Maroone customer. More

I had a terrible experience at this dealer. I explained to the sales person what I was looking for and how much I was able to pay monthly on the car. I spent 3 hours negotiating , every time they ran the f to the sales person what I was looking for and how much I was able to pay monthly on the car. I spent 3 hours negotiating , every time they ran the figures it end up in higher payments. When I was called to seat with the financial manager to discuss the payments it was even higher. I told him I was leaving then he called his boss , a bald guy which I don't see listed in this website. Then he explained that it was impossible to get the monthly paymen down at what I can afford to pay, I got piss of and I told them that I have been at the dealers for more than 3 hours telling them how much I could afford to pay and it was like a joke to them because they kept coming with higher payments. The boss also got pissed off at me and told me to calm down but in a confronting tone. I left the dealer with a really bad experience of unprofessional rude personal . I don't recommend this dealer, they have no respect for the customers. More

This dealer was nothing special. Went with my wife to buy her a new Honda in Oct. First they tried sneaking in added extras to the final price without telling us. These included $399 for some kind of protection in case the paint ever started to peel or rust; and $299 theft protection, where we would get reimbursed an additional $2500 if the car was stolen. These were never discussed, just put on the bill with the hope we didn't notice. Luckily we caught this and had it removed. They started with a not so great finance offer of 7%. When we threatened to leave they suddenly lowered it to 3.25% and knocked off $1,000 from the final price. I had recently bought a new car at another dealership(Lehman Mazda) and was given 5 free oil changes plus free window tinting. I know that Toyota also offers 2 years of free maintenance. We asked if they could match this. They tried to act like they were doing us a special favor by giving us an all-inclusive maintenance package for 3 years at $310. It turns out that's a normal maintenance plan that they try to sell everyone. Then they told us that they were going to pay for my wife's upcoming car registration since it was due in a few months. But my wife just got a bill from the DMV stating that her annual registration fee is due! When I bought my Mazda I got reimbursed $127 for tags since I was keeping the same plates from my old car. My wife was also transferring her plates, but Maroone never reimbursed her for the tags. They just pocketed the money. So, we're not really impressed with this place. More
