Wanted to charge me for not doing anything on my car. I took my car in 9 months for the same problem and after waiting for almost 2 hours they told me they didn’t do anything but they wanted to pay them I took my car in 9 months for the same problem and after waiting for almost 2 hours they told me they didn’t do anything but they wanted to pay them $200. How I am supposed to pay if they didn’t even run a diagnostic on my car? More

Quick, personable service from the time I drove into the holding area and throughout my initial contact with Juan, my service rep. He listened to my automotive concerns, made a note of each, and completed holding area and throughout my initial contact with Juan, my service rep. I was informed of any immediate repairs needed and and those that could be handled at a later date. Great service all around including the check out/payment center. More

Even though they did a multipoint inspection, they did not replenish the windshield washing fluid. If they don't do the replenishment, they should tell the customers, else what's the point?
