Took my Odyssey on Thursday for Oil Change, dealer suggested Brake Fluid change and the Wipers to be replace which I did. They checked the battery and needed replacement; fortunately I had purchase th suggested Brake Fluid change and the Wipers to be replace which I did. They checked the battery and needed replacement; fortunately I had purchase the lifetime warranty for the battery, so the replacement was included. The dealer did not have the battery on inventory and told me to return another day to replace it, and I agreed. They called me on Saturday to inform that the battery was already in, I came in on Tuesday to replace it, but that morning the Engine Light turned on. I mention that to the dealer and they said that for them to check that I had to pay a diagnosis of the car... remember I had already paid over $200 for services less than a week before and they are suppose to do a vehicle inspection and nobody mention anything else being wrong. I reject this diagnosis for principles and for having the feeling that they are not taking into consideration that it could had being for not having the battery replace on time, because they did not have it on inventory. After over an hour they returned the Odyssey to me in a condition that was REALLY UNSAFE to drive. I did not hand it over the Van like that; and even when I rejected the diagnosis it is EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE to just let someone leave your "Repair Shop" in a car that could cost you your life in the event of an accident. I came back to express my disgust, because I really felt that I could had being treated differently, but the manager insisted that was my fault because I rejected the diagnosis. Finally and having my Van TOW to another location and getting an Uber to get out of here, I'm never coming back. I recommend you just go to any other location, but this was a disaster... btw, first day Azhar was great, after that everything was awful More
