Scheduling was simple. The person I was told would be helping me was not available. Azhar did help me and was very helpful and pleasant after 2 other gentlemen at desks in the service area allowed me to helping me was not available. Azhar did help me and was very helpful and pleasant after 2 other gentlemen at desks in the service area allowed me to wait for 5+ minutes without as much as a greeting. I appreciate the indoor and outdoor waiting area with plenty of space for appropriate distancing from others waiting. The service I received was based on a vehicle recall and nothing more was offered or completed. More
