On all 4 items referred to AutoNation Honda Miami Lakes, to fix; they exceeded my expectations! My service experience was great! From the moment I schedule the service appointment online, it was very easy to manage, update time and get directions. Upong arrival, I was greeted curteously and assisted right away by my Advisor, Dario. He was friendly, professional and very attentive. He took the time to explain me the process and rhe details on the Car Inspection report. He was very patient answering my questions, and respectful of my time. He made me feel that my car was in great hands. The wait was fair, and overall I was very happy with the service experience and Dario.
