No hace falta una manera de compesar el daño! Lo que si hace falta es un buen servicio para el cliente! La satisfacción del cliente y una buena atención es lo primordial en cualquier organización! Es lamentable que una empresa como Honda Autonation no le dé la importancia a sus clientes! Me sentí ignorado! Si no es porque recurro a otras personas por mi propia voluntad nadie fue capaz de recurrir a mi para ver en que se basaba mi necesidad! Y tan solo fui a hacerle cambio de aceite a mi auto! Sabiendo que soy un cliente desde el 2015 y todos los servicios siempre siempre lo hago allí por caracterizarse una empresa con excelente servicio y que las cosas se hacen con excelencia y que es algo legítimo y sabiendo que los productos son de alta calidad! Pero realmente pienso que el potencial que tienen para atención al cliente no es el mejor quedando por entendído que lo primordial es el trato que les puedes ofrecer a tus clientes! Gracias
