I could not in all honesty recommend your establishment to anyone. This is the second time the Service Department has dropped the ball. This past interaction with representative Cynthia Cortez was the fi to anyone. This is the second time the Service Department has dropped the ball. This past interaction with representative Cynthia Cortez was the final time. I have never been subject to the lack of professionalism and Customer Service. I will not want any friends and family to be subject to the lack of accountability. When it comes to providing good Customer Service. The representative and her manager who never had the common courtesy to return my phone calls says it all. It seems management needs to invest time in training their team members in Customer relations. I will take my business elsewhere to an establishment who truly cares and puts their customers best interest first. More
