I had a perfect experience. I asked if I could wait because I could not find a ride to take me back and forth. There is a reason so many people hold auto dealers in such poor regard. This dealer offers a good car and *seemingly* at a good price, until it is time to pay. second time coming to this dealership, first time was great because i had a male with me. second time, worst experience of my life. my marital status & financial situation were seen as weakness and 100% great because i had a male with me. second time, worst experience of my life. my marital status & financial situation were seen as weakness and 100% exploited. they offered no explanation for anything, gave me an extremely high payment and blamed it "on my credit" "on my poor credit decisions" "its your fault because you tanked your credit, we are HeLpInG YoU" - absolutely terrible head of finance that put me in a worse situation than i was previously in. i have called to complain and have been passed off to 10 different people and noone will help. run far, far away from this dealership. More
