Basic oil change. Spilled oil on the top of the engine. Also, the oil drained out was splashed all over the bottom of the engine, transmission and suspension. Sloppiest oil change I've ever had. I guess they don't have any rags to clean up the oil spills. More

There is good reason this place is not registered with the BBB. Purchased my car new from them and purchased the extended warranty. Was not happy with the car, so I sold it to another dealership who gave the BBB. Purchased my car new from them and purchased the extended warranty. Was not happy with the car, so I sold it to another dealership who gave me more cash than Autonation Lewisville offered. I called to get a refund for my extended warrantee 4 times over a week and a half period and could not get anyone on the phone or get a call back. I finally called and insisted to speak to the store manager. I believe it was Brian who answered the phone. I'm not sure about the name, but I guess Brian can't handle a woman expecting reasonable service and insisting on it when he is not delivering. He's not smart enough to effectively place a call on hold, so I heard him mock me for insisting to speak to the store manager and call me a xxxxx. Then he realized I was on the line and hung up. Real classy. I then called back and supposedly spoke with the store manager. I told him about my experience. All I got was a "I'm sorry about that ma'am" and was transferred to a man who is supposed to help me get a refund and email me a document. No email yet. I highly doubt the man that claimed to be the store manager was really the manager. I will never consider this dealership again. I highly recommend you avoid it as well because not only is the service slow and inefficient, but it's obviously ran by a bunch of chauvinistic weak men who can't handle being held accountable for their work and/or service or lack thereof. I base this not only on my experience with the salesman, but also the apathy shown by the "manager" Ali who was told about their employee mocking me and calling me a xxxxx. Completely unacceptable. Buy somewhere else. The funny part is that my parents were about to purchase a CR-V that is in transit to this location. They will not be buying from them now. More
