Went in for an oil change and vehicle inspection. Advisor said it would take about an hour. After 1.75 hours, only the inspection had been completed. I was unaware that when I made the appt to have the airbags replaced per the recall that I needed to check if you had the needed parts. The man I made the appt with did not inform me of this.
