The original young lady who helped me came across as short and disappeared on me. She did not confirm the work that was required only until after it was done - my tires were rotated without my consent; short and disappeared on me. She did not confirm the work that was required only until after it was done - my tires were rotated without my consent; my tires had just been rotated by Costco a month prior. Hours later, Rocky stepped in to help me. I've experienced issues at this location before and cannot figure out why I continue to return. More
