I drop off my car at Honda for an oil change and tire rotation. The wait was a few hours and decided to catch a movie to kill time. The quality of the work and the interaction with the in-person advisor were good. However, there was no communication from the service department all day. When I called to ask about the readiness, I was in-person advisor were good. However, there was no communication from the service department all day. When I called to ask about the readiness, I was told that the vehicle was still in the shop and would be ready the next day. I decided to take a chance and go to the service center after 5pm (as the advisor had mentioned at the drop-off that it should be ready by 5pm) and lo and behold ! - the vehicle was ready for pickup. If the communication between the advisor, shop, and the front desk is improved, I believe it could improve the experience. More
