Been a customer for so many years now and I've always been satisfied with the customer service and the friendliness of an advisor, being thorough in explaining the work that needs to be done and if I'm n been satisfied with the customer service and the friendliness of an advisor, being thorough in explaining the work that needs to be done and if I'm not ready for the work will tell me that it can wait in such and such period. I came yesterday just to have the car check if there is an immediate work to be done and Andy was giving me a face and giving me an attitude that I felt i was just wasting his time and didn't give any explanations at all and just brush me off.
