Dao was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I was able to get an appointment on the same day, and the team did a fantastic job servicing my vehicle with great care and efficiency. Their professionalism and commitment to quality service truly stood out. Thanks to Dao and the entire team for making this such a positive experience. Highly recommended!" Here, i am adding my Initial AutoNation Honda Purchase Experience ( 2024 ): Jeremias Ponce and Viet Tran(Manager) I've been on the market for a new car for the last couple of months. I made what was supposed to be a pitstop to AutoNation in Fremont. Jeremias Ponce and his boss assisted me. They made my wife and I extremely comfortable, and I was just considering purchasing a CRV Hybrid Sport Turing, but I ended up opting with the color of my choice, Hybrid with leather seats. Jeremias Ponce and his supervisor invited me to test drive the car, and before we even left the showroom, she went into great depth about all of the car's amenities and assisted with the Apple CarPlay setup. Buying a car can be stressful, but the crew at AutoNation made the process safe, comfortable, and efficient. Finally purchase is a hassle free. Love it!!! More

I recently visited Autonation Honda of Fremont on two separate occasions to have repairs done on my vehicle. Christopher assisted me both times. He provided exceptional customer service. Freemont Honda service center is worst service center in USA. Do not go there and if you are trying to buy long term contract like 2-3 Years never buy. The problem 1 - Simple services took like hours li USA. Do not go there and if you are trying to buy long term contract like 2-3 Years never buy. The problem 1 - Simple services took like hours like more than 4 hours and while they commit it will be 1-2 hours. They will never communicate with you why you are late. You will stay there go the service manager so many times he will only say 15 mins which is a lie. 2 - They asked me to do wheel alignment and I agree. After 4 hours they did not give me back car then they said wait for 15 mins. After one hour they called me and said your car is ready. Then ask me initial service paper and give me a service paper and said we will not charge you. When I go through the service they did not do wheel realignment and mentioned client declined. When I asked why you do this he said i consulted with my manager. 3 - Every time you go service hour is long. Either they do not have enough people or people who bought long term contract punished by them with long wait 4 - You take appointment and stay in line for 20 mins even no one is there to address you why you are here. Very very frustrating . Can some one help how to take this to consumer service forum as they do not have any official grievance register . I wrote to his manager shown on a bill board no response from manager. More

Needed to replace a punctured tire (since it was unrepairable) and was looking for same tire - this tire was out of stock at all local tire shops - Nathan (at ANH Fremont) was very helpful securing unrepairable) and was looking for same tire - this tire was out of stock at all local tire shops - Nathan (at ANH Fremont) was very helpful securing a tire at a warehouse, bringing it to ANH Fremont, and getting replacement completed in the same day. Very nice to see this level of attention to customer needs! More

I bought a used car from AutoNation for my teenager and two months down the road, the battery died. I called up the dealership and they were more than willing to help with the issue and even accommodated m two months down the road, the battery died. I called up the dealership and they were more than willing to help with the issue and even accommodated me late in the evening. I just brought the car in and they replaced the battery right away. Excellent customer service. More

Service is poor, had my maintenance serviced on July 03, 2023, pulled up at the service line on time for my appointment, it took 30 minutes wait to be attended by a service advisor, 2 hours expected waiting 2023, pulled up at the service line on time for my appointment, it took 30 minutes wait to be attended by a service advisor, 2 hours expected waiting time( as promised) went beyond 3 hours, lastly advisor Devon promised to email my service receipt but never did. More
