I had an appointment for service on my 2020 Honda Ridgeline. Two days before the scheduled appointment I had a major family emergency that required me to drive over 2000 miles to where the emergency Ridgeline. Two days before the scheduled appointment I had a major family emergency that required me to drive over 2000 miles to where the emergency was and back home. I called and asked if there was any way to move up the service since the oil use was down to 15% and the vehicle really needed to have a thoroughgoing over prior to the long trip. The staff move up the appointment and did an excellent job of getting everything ready for my trip. Thanks to all. More
