Did try to ask a salesman about a car for sale on the lot, which are very few, and he didn’t seem to be knowledgeable of his inventory without “checking his records.” How hard could it be to familiarize yourself with your small inventory? I received an e-mail from AutoNation on 1-7-22 stating that I had been scheduled for Service at 9:00 AM on January 21, 2022. It gave a phone number for me to call if I wanted to reschedule. Since I wanted that I had been scheduled for Service at 9:00 AM on January 21, 2022. It gave a phone number for me to call if I wanted to reschedule. Since I wanted to keep the appt. I did nothing and showed up at AutoNation on east Sahara at the appt time. When I checked in I was told that I did not have an appt. listed. But the Service Advisor, Kayla M Killian told me that they could go ahead and perform the upcoming Service items at that time.
