Vincent Vitale was patient & pleasant over the phone when I inquire with my car problem & estimated battery price. Although it was already late afternoon, he accommodated me at the last minute to get my batt I inquire with my car problem & estimated battery price. When I got to Autonation service Dept, Mariana Bejar already knew what I needed to be done. I was surprised they knew my name just by year & model of my car! That’s so amazing! Mariana answered all my questions & reassured me for the lifetime warranty. She updated me as to how long of a wait & even had my car washed. They make sure your car is safe for road travel that they do the 20 Points inspection. I also received very good car care from Justin B. & Ariel. I have used Honda dealerships' for car repair/service previously and always felt the service was great, but honestly, AutoNation puts everyone else to shame. I had to have extensive repairs done on my H previously and always felt the service was great, but honestly, AutoNation puts everyone else to shame. I had to have extensive repairs done on my Honda Fit both last year and this year (the car's still great but simply aging). The service performed last year was noticeable all year through an increased level of performance I hadn't felt in years. This year...wow!! AutoNation and my service advisor, Robert Calvario, took such good care of me. Your repair technicians at this location are simply outstanding. They truly qualify as experts!
