I appreciate that they appear to honor my appointment time. What I mean is my auto is taken right in and the work commences as I would expect based on my appointment time. I waited for the service to be complete and it was done faster than I expected. No pressure to add services during initial write up. An alignment was offered, but I refused due to the low mileage of my 5 year old vehicle. Service advisor didn't push back. More
