this is going to be a long review to show you this is a corrupt service department.i had my car serviced at 66000 miles.they did a radiator flush and oil change among other things.597 dollars.i picked up m corrupt service department.i had my car serviced at 66000 miles.they did a radiator flush and oil change among other things.597 dollars.i picked up my car late evening. and after paying cashier when i went to my car it smelled of antifreeze.i asked if i could see a mechanic and she said all mechanics were gone cashier was only one there.i left dealership no problem i live 3 miles from dealership.next day smell persisted . 3 days later engine overheated,i drove 1 mile and hot temperature gage came on. i drove to dealership .i live 3 miles from the dealership.they said it developed air bubbles which sometimes happens after a radiator flush.they wouldnt admit radiator flush was not done right.very upsetting to pay 597 dollars for service then 3 days later that happens.i received a call from the dealership asking how i liked my service.i said i didnt like it at all.i was in afternoon traffic and hot temperature gage came on,it stressed me out.after spending 597 dollars for service thats unacceptable from a honda dealership and i wouldnt be back.the person apologized and asked me to give them another chance.i was a loyal customer for 7 years.since he was polite in apologizing i said ok .before my next service was due i needed new tires,i bought the tires from them.after they put tires on i paid my service adviser. i told service adviser david who i usually saw when i get my car serviced that i had 20% left on my maintenance minder.could you tell me what my next service would cost.he said no because something might go wrong with my car.very strange respone but i just said i will see you when service is due.3 weeks or so later i checked my maintenance minder and it said 100 %.i called my service adviser and his answering machine came on and i asked if he could return my call and why did he set my maintenance minder at 100 %.i didnt have any mainteance just tires put on.he didnt return my call.2 days later i called again and left the same message and he never returned my call. 2 days later i called the dealership and the told the lady operator i left my service adviser david 2 messages and he never returned my calls.she says just a minute hes right here.she then tells me hes with a customer and he said he will call you right back when hes done with the customer.he never returned my call.2 days later i called dealership again and told the lady operator that service adviser never returned my call.is there anyone that can help me and tell me why my maintenance minder was set at 100%.i want to know if im going to need service.i never miss when maintenanc when it is due. she says yes hold on.she then tells me everyone is busy but someone will definitely call back.no returned my call.i was very upset and after all that and the improper radiator flush i was done with east sahara.so i went to another dealseship.when they changed the oil they tell me the oil pan bolt was stripped. i asked what caused that and they said whoever has changed your oil stripped it.the only other dealership that serviced my car was east sahara.they did an improper radiator flush and stripped the bolt to the oil pan bolt at my 66000 mile service.the other dealership wanted 900 dollars for a new oil pan. i declined .i went back to east sahara and they said they would do it for 750 dollars.they want me to pay 750 dollars for damage they did to my car when i paid 597 dollars for service.i figured out why they did damage to my car.and this should be a warning to honda owners.when your car warranty runs out and you start getting letters from honda auto nation to buy extended warranty .dont get your car serviced there .they may do to your car what they did to mine.i received monthy letters from them to buy extened warranty they say for peace of mind.ive owned 3 hondas in the last 25 years and i never missed a mainteance and never had anything done but regular mainteance.extended warranty is not needed if you get mainteance when its due.hondas are very reliable when you take care of them. its a shame that some dealerships are corrupt but what can you do?you put 100% trust in them.who oversees them?never again east sahara.
