I go online and choose the day and time I wish my car to be serviced and then just show up. The process is streamlined and the service people are friendly and professional. The waiting area has been upgraded and very comfortable. The time of service is very reasonable, usually around 2 hours. I would highly recommend Honda East if you are in the process of buying a car and definitely use their service department. More
